In his latest Instagram update, he shared that this eagerly awaited self-titled album will make its debut on March 8. To whet the appetites of his audience, Grimes also released “God and a Girl,” the inaugural single from the album, giving fans an enticing glimpse into what the full record holds in store.

“My first full-length album is coming out on March 8th,” he wrote on Instagram on February 2. “I’ve spent the last couple of years trying my best to make something that I would be proud to put into the world. Now, all I can hope for is that it finds a few people to connect to and it makes them feel like they aren’t going through all of this alone. That’s what my favorite music has always done for me.”
