Forrie J. Smith Sounds the Alarm for Yellowstone Season 5! You Can’t Imagine What’s Coming Next!

'Yellowstone' Actor Claims He Was Kicked Off Flight For Refusing To Sit Next To Passenger Wearing Mask

Yellowstone star Forrie J. Smith was allegedly kicked off of a plane this weekend after he had been drinking, according to a video he shared on social media.

“You know my social media people tell me that you like me face-to-face. But you know what, I can’t say face-to-face what I want,” Smith said in a video shared on Instagram Saturday (March 23). “Like, I just got kicked off a plane in … where the hell am I at?”

Someone off-camera then answered that they were in Houston, Texas.

“Houston, Texas,” he continued. “Because I told them that I didn’t feel comfortable sitting next to somebody with a mask on.”

The actor went on to admit that he had been drinking prior to the confrontation.

“Yeah, I been drinkin’,” he said. “I’ve been sittin’ in the airport for three hours, yeah, I’ve been drinkin’, but I ain’t drunk, but they throwed me off the plane cause I’m drunk.”

He added, “Because you people won’t stand up and tell everybody what bullshit this is. I just told them I didn’t feel comfortable about sitting next to somebody who had to wear a mask and I’m off a plane.”

The video received several comments from viewers who did not appear to support Smith’s decision of refusing to sit next to someone wearing a mask.

“For the life of me I cannot fathom why someone else wearing a mask is so threatening to some people!!!” one person commented. “While I appreciate Mr Smith’s talent, this makes me no longer respect him as a human being. Unfollowing!”

“Well this is unfortunate. You’re spreading hate for somebody wearing a mask but you have no idea what they are wearing it for,” another viewer pointed out. “I was a fan. Hopefully you will have clarity when you sober up and can reflect on the situation.”

In 2022, Smith revealed that he would not be attending the Screen Actors Guild Awards that year because of the ceremony’s vaccination requirement, despite the fact that Yellowstone was nominated in the category for best ensemble in a drama.

He announced the news in a video shared on Instagram.

“I’m not vaccinated, I will not get vaccinated,” he said at the time. “I haven’t been vaccinated since I was a little kid. I don’t vaccinate my dogs, I don’t vaccinate my horses. I’ve never had a flu shot. I never will. I believe they compromise your immunities… It’s just my beliefs. I just don’t believe in that stuff. Whatever.”
