However, Julie had a small victory when the court ordered resentencing her case. The Federal court couldn’t find solid evidence against her for the charges in 2006. Hence, they ordered a resentencing based on her charges from 2007. The TLC star was waiting for some positive developments in her legal battle. Chrisley hoped to return to her family sooner than expected. Recently, fans speculated that Julie has already moved to a new place.

Chrisley Knows Best star Julie Chrisley has been completing her seven-year prison sentence. She went behind bars for the $30 million bank fraud and tax evasion case. The reality TV star spent several months away from her husband and kids since her sentencing. However, Julie saw a little ray of hope when the court ordered for resentencing.
She was waiting to return to her family soon. The reality TV star has been scheduled to appear in court for her resentencing on September 25. Now, fans think Julie has already been moved from her prison facility. Recently, a Redditor posted some screenshots from the BOP: Federal Bureau of Prisons website. The website shows that the USA Network star has not been in BOP.
It included Julie’s name and current release date. Surprisingly, the website stated her location as “Not In BOP Custody.” Hence, the fan was curious to find out where the reality TV star had gone. Several fans felt that Julie must have been in transit for the next hearing based on her current BOP status. One fan said, “She is going to be in a county jail somewhere around her court.”
Another fan felt that she must have been in Marshal’s custody. Moreover, a different fan noted, “If she’s being held in Fulton County Jail, she will be in for a shock.” The fan pointed out the terrible conditions at the County Jail. Further, others were suspicious about why Julie was in transit so early when her court date was in late September.

Recently, Savannah shared what kinds of dreams she has had since the court’s order. She noted, “Its so crazy that the dream I had recently I can’t tell you the last time I had vivid dreams.”
