The Chrisley family was the star of a family reality show, Chrisley Knows Best. Julie, Todd, and their kids, along with Todd’s mom, Nanny Faye, amused the audience for many years. However, the show has been off-air for some time now. Apart from Todd and Julie, the rest of the cast is still busy.
Recently, a star from the series tried their hand at a different show. Savannah had participated in The Masked Singer, and the audience loved her! Though her vocal cords weren’t a big hit, the star was still happy she was there. But her stay ended quickly with her elimination.
Chrisley Knows Best: Savannah Participated In The Masked Singer
Savannah got her big break on television at a really early age. She is Todd and Julie’s daughter and was also a star on Chrisley Knows Best. The star and her family were millionaires before their prison sentence, and the fans see their life on TV. But the show is off-air for now.
However, that does not mean the fans don’t get their fill of Savannah. She has her own podcast, and recently, she tried her hand at something new. As part of her “year of yes,” the star tried her hand at singing in an unconventional way. Savannah participated in The Masked Singer as a contestant!
The USA Network star was the Afghan Hound at the show’s Wizard Of Oz-themed season 11. She sang “The Lion Sleeps Tonight.” Talking about her singing experience, Savannah said it was “challenging,” but she just closed her “eyes and went for it.” Unfortunately, the Chrisley Knows Best star faced Gumball in the smackdown and lost. But Savannah loved the “experience.”
However, singing might not be one of Savannah’s career options. But she did it to make her parents, Todd and Julie, laugh. The star knows they’ll die “laughing” when they watch her. Savannah also wanted to do this to tell her siblings not to take things “too seriously.” The star wanted to tell Grayson and Chloe to go and make “memories.”
Chrisley Knows Best: Savannah Was On The Masked Singer
While this wasn’t Savannah’s first time on reality TV and competitive shows, She still had a unique experience. The Chrisley Knows Best star participated in The Masked Singer as the Afghan Hound. She also participated in one more reality show, Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, so it was familiar territory for her.
Savannah’s first choice of clue was a TV remote. Rita Ora guessed she was from a reality TV show. Savannah then showed the Cowardly Lion’s Badge of Courage since the theme was The Wizard Of Oz. She said every day she had to be “brave” like the lion and talked about her family’s incarceration experience.
The judges guessed various names based on Savannah’s clues, but none guessed right. Savannah’s reveal as the Afghan Hound was a pleasant surprise. The star sang “The Lion Sleeps Tonight.” And though she knew her singing talents weren’t very good, she was still happy she got a new “experience.”
