Meri Brown is speaking out on the passing of Kody Brown and Janelle Brown’s son, Garrison Brown. The twenty-five-year-old passed away on Tuesday, March 5th from an apparent suicide. So far, his mother and father have released a statement. Now, one of his other mothers is expressing how she is feeling during this devastating time. Read on for more details.
Meri Brown Speaks Out On Garrison’s Passing
It is a heartbreaking day as Garrison Brown was apparently found deceased in his home by his brother, Gabriel Brown. He supposedly took his own life and his parents are devasted over losing their child. He was one of eighteen in the plural family. Viewers watched him and his siblings grow up on Sister Wives from 2010 until the present. It just ended its eighteenth season with a lavish wedding for former third wife, Christine Brown. Though Garrison’s biological parents are Janelle and Kody Brown, Christine was the one who helped raise him.
As for Meri Brown, she was Kody’s first wife and did love the kids like her own since she only had one biological child of her own. Now that Garrison has tragically passed away, Meri issued a statement on her Instagram:
“Our family is deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy, Robert Garrison Brown. He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him. This loss will leave such a big hole in our lives, and it takes our breath away. We ask that you please respect our privacy during this time and join us in honoring his memory.
Garrison, you are loved and will be missed! 💙💙”
Unlike Janelle, Meri Brown had her comments left open so some followers had no idea what had happened to Garrison. In fact, some fans did not even know that he had passed:

The Shock
All of the fans who saw this post were shocked and saddened by what had happened. Yet, some had hoped Garrison Brown and Kody Brown made peace prior to the former’s passing. They had a troubled relationship so it is unclear where they stood in the final days. In any case, it is clear that this has hit Meri Brown very hard but will undoubtedly unite the fractured family.
