GH Spoilers: Monday, October 2 – Charlotte’s Future in Jeopardy – Laura’s Awful News – Sonny’s Ominous Call

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, October 2, reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will look rather menacing as he takes a phone call. Sonny will insist that’s exactly what he wanted someone to do, so that might involve the trap he’s setting in motion for Gladys Corbin’s (Bonnie Burroughs).

At home, Gladys will plan to escape to Puerto Rico and will finish packing for the trip.

However, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will break in and leave Gladys angrily wondering what Sam thinks she’s doing.

Sam will call Gladys out on all her horrible behavior before Sonny arrives and leaves Gladys reeling.

Although Gladys will try to act like Sam’s cheating on Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), Sonny will know Gladys is making things up to try and save herself.

Of course, it’ll be futile since Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) told Sonny about Gladys’ gambling problem and how she’s been stealing from Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).

Sam will back up Nina’s story and clarify the situation regarding Gladys’ alliance with Dr. Damon Montague (Darin Toonder), so Sonny will really be fuming.

After Sonny requests some privacy so he can deal with Gladys, Sam will gladly leave him to it.

GH spoilers say Gladys will have to face the music as Sonny finally lowers the boom.

At the police station, Dr. Montague will seem all smug and tell someone that he’s sure he’ll see them around town again.

It looks like Dr. Montague will be confident he’s going to get away with everything, but Sasha will have other ideas!

Sasha can be seen at Ferncliff on Monday’s preview saying that “she plans to do just that,” so she’ll want to make sure both Gladys and Dr. Montague pay.

Since it looks like Sasha will be out of her restraints by then, she may get some help from Nurse Janice (Lauren Swickard) or someone else.

In Switzerland, Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) will urge Laura Collins (Genie Francis) to see that maybe Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) doesn’t want to be found.

Nevertheless, Laura will refuse to give up her search for Nikolas now that she’s got proof that he’s alive and making financial withdrawals.

Once Kevin decides to keep searching with Laura, their plans will come to a screeching halt thanks to a phone call from back in Port Charles.

Other GH spoilers say Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will speak with Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and insist Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) future depends on their conversation.

Valentin might make arrangements to get Charlotte some professional help since she’s clearly struggling with some major issues.

If Charlotte overhears Valentin, that could easily lead to her vanishing act. Will Laura get updates on Charlotte’s potential disappearance and return home for her granddaughter’s sake?

Charlotte could potentially drag Jake Webber (Hudson West) into trouble if she opts to run away and gets him to go with her.

Next, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will open up to Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) about her suspicions, so she may admit she doesn’t trust Valentin and needs more information.

Anna will declare that desperate times call for desperate measures, so she’ll catch Jordan off guard when she reveals what she intends to do.
