Fans know the Chrisleys have their hearing in March 2024. With the date fast approaching, they are curious about the various possibilities for the Chrisley Knows Best pair. Luckily, Savannah’s new podcast guest had some answers on the matter. He also revealed the other options.
Julie and Todd’s daughter Savannah had her parent’s Attorney, Alex Little, on her Unlocked Podcast. Little answered many fan questions about the upcoming hearing. The fans wanted to know if the couple had any chances of an early prison release. Little answered that the couple had a “slim chance” of their prison release, but Julie could still fair well.
Little revealed Julie had a chance of an early prison release regardless of whether the Chrisleys won or lost. This could happen because of “errors” in her original hearing. And if the court resentences her “in summer or the fall,” her sentence might still be short. Little added that even if the court gave Julie a 3-year sentence, she could be out “sometime next year.”
However, little had been adamant about this being one of the “options.” The attorney talked about being realistic as well as hopeful about the situation. But if the Judge considers the First Step Act, the Chrisley Knows Best matriarch could be out “this year, (or) early next year.”
Chrisley Knows Best: Savannah Visited Her Mom On The Latter’s Birthday
Julie has been having a tough time in prison. Being away from Todd and the kids was tough for her. However, her daughter Savannah tried to make Julie’s birthday a little better. Reports state Savannah and her siblings took a trip to Julie’s prison to visit their mom on her special day.
It was the Chrisley Knows Best star’s 51st birthday and her 1st one in prison. Though it was a sad occasion as she was away from her family, her family came to her. PEOPLE reported Savannah and her siblings Grayson and Chloe drove to Kentucky to visit Julie in prison.
The prison’s handbook allows state prisoners to have “normal parental contact with their children while visiting.” So Savannah can hug and kiss her Julie at the beginning and the end of their meeting.
